I understand that returns, refunds, and cancellations are not permitted as services and goods are customized for each client and information is not a tangible product that can be returned. Credit Build does not function as an employer or employee; therefore, its services have no bearing on the business day-to-day operations or outcomes.

Credit Build is a Marketing Lead Generator and a Cloud-based company that uses technology to match Clients and Providers for the purposes of establishing Corporate Credibility and Services.

Measurements are taken to ensure a client understands the role of Credit Build as a Consulting Firm. Some services and all Contracts are established prior to payment. As such, Credit Build is unable to offer refunds. It is corporate policy that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There is no grace period for refunds of any kind once services have commenced and funds have been received.
